The front desk/manager was so nice. I called him ahead of time to let him know I would be a late arrival. He said "no worries. The front desk is open 24/7. You can check in any time". Got there and he came right out and checked me in. Room was just across from the lobby, so it was easy to get to. Plenty of parking. Quiet.. no noise from neighbors, cars, ice machines etc. Bed was very comfy. I loved it. The hard wood/laminate floor made me feel better because it wasn't dirty carpet. When I checked out, I saw the manager/front desk guy again and he waved and thanked me for staying as I was leaving.

the customer service is something you just don’t find these days!! they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and relaxing! I have family here now, so this will be my go to location to stay from now on. It is extremely close to gas stations, eateries, and shopping. highly recommend.

The location was great, front desk was very helpful and friendly. Main floor room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Parking was right outside the room, which we liked. Very quiet and peaceful. Able to get a good night sleep while traveling with our dog.

Convenient location. (Waffle House within a couole hundred feet of the facility) Good basic room. The staff was friendly and helpful. Nice large area for dog walking. Pet friendly. Floors are not carpeted but have vinyl floor coverings. I would stay again.

They provided everything I needed. There was a microwave, fridge in the room. There was an ice machine near our room. There was free WIFI and free parking. I felt safe. Heat and A/C if I wanted it. The front desk was very responsive.
